Clinical Manager
Chicago IL Non-Profit & Social Services Direct Hire
One of our valued clients a respected non-profit in the behavioral health and family services space is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee and support a dedicated team of counselors. This role offers the opportunity to lead trauma-informed clinical programs and help shape impactful services across the Chicagoland area.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of counselors ensuring high-quality trauma-informed care is provided across programs.
Provide weekly individual and group clinical supervision and coordinate staff training and development.
Oversee service documentation treatment planning compliance and quality assurance efforts.
Review caseloads and clinical interventions for effectiveness productivity and adherence to Medicaid and agency standards.
Lead crisis response efforts collaborate with external stakeholders and manage outsourced clinical services.
What You Bring:
Masters degree in Social Work or a related field required.
LCSW or LCPC in Illinois is required and must be eligible to provide LPHA services under Medicaid.
Prior experience in family and youth services especially in trauma-informed settings.
Strong leadership clinical supervision and documentation skills.
Familiarity with EHR systems and Medicaid billing preferred.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time flexible hours with occasional evenings/weekends required.
Salary range: $66000$80000 annually depending on experience and credentials.
