A Description of the role:
The Automotive Service Advisor at Szott I - 96 CDJR is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by promptly greeting clients assessing vehicle concerns and providing clear repair estimates. This role supports service department efficiency while ensuring a high standard of communication organization and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index as per Stellantis guidelines.
- Greet customers promptly and professionally addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct vehicle assessments including test drives to identify mechanical issues.
- Provide accurate estimates for labor parts and time based on shop capacity.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a service advisor Stellantis experience preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of success in the automotive service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid drivers license and ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
