Essential Job Functions
- Supports the inventory of network hardware
- Maintains LAN WLAN or Voice inventory in accordance with specified requirements.
- Performs Network IMACD work for customer based on ticket requests.
- Provides consultation support and guidance to clients on IMACD issues/questions.
- Participates in network team efforts to ensure DXC meets client needs.
Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Warehouse operations and associated activities
- 1-3 years of experience with networks IMACD activities (Hands-On)
- Cisco Systems familiarity
- Knowledge of industrial networking an asset
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- - Task management
- - Change management
- - Problem management
- Experience working with financial billing systems
- Experience working with network hardware
Other Qualifications
- Skilled in time priority and task management
- Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational skills related to management of warehouse assets
- Certification to operate a forklift is preferred
