Job Description
Youll work alongside a dedicated team of 2 Infectious Disease MDs 4 PAs and 1 NP primarily and exclusively in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting. This position offers a dynamic and meaningful clinical environment with room for both professional growth and leadership.
Position Details:
- Specialty: Infectious Disease
- Setting: LTAC (Duke Regional Hospital 6th Floor and occasional tele or phone support at LTAC in Greensboro)
- EMR: Epic
- Team Structure: 2 MDs 4 PAs 1 NP
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Starting at $120000 productivity bonuses potential to earn $160K.
- No weekend (option to cover if APP wishes and take 50% of productivity in addition to base salary).
- Vacation: 3 weeks paid time off.
- Retirement: 401K with guaranteed 3% match /- profit sharing Cash balance plan.
- Health Insurance: 50% employer-paid coverage for the employee only.
- Additional Opportunities for Extra Income.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- NCCPA certified (or eligible).
- Eligible for licensure in the state of North Carolina.
