Job Description

Looking for consistent regional routes reliable pay and a team that values safety Join us today. We welcome both experienced drivers and recent CDL-A graduates.

Job Highlights:

  • Weekly Pay: $1200$1500 (based on experience)

  • Miles: per week

  • Freight: Reefer 100% no-touch 60% drop & hook

  • Home Time: 3448 hours every other week

  • Orientation Pay: $300

  • Monthly Bonus: Up to $0.08 CPM (safety fuel performance)

  • Paid Training: $650/week for 46 weeks (for recent grads)

Equipment & Perks:

  • Late-model automatic trucks (2020 and newer)

  • Take your truck home No slip seating

  • All trucks equipped with APUs

  • 24/7 dispatch support

  • Detention layover and extra stop pay

  • Weekly direct deposit

Rider & Pet Policy:

  • Riders allowed from Day 1 (trainees after training)

  • Pets under 30 lbs welcome after training

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL

  • 21 years of age or older

  • Recent grads: 120 hours from accredited CDL school

  • No DUI/DWI felonies or major violations in last 10 years

  • Must pass urine and hair follicle drug screens

  • Stable work history with no major safety terminations
