The Leasing Office Assistant plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants. This position is responsible for handling incoming calls scheduling and conducting tours assisting with resident inquiries and ensuring smooth communication between residents prospects and management. The ideal candidate will have a friendly professional demeanor and the ability to provide prompt accurate and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls respond to leasing inquiries or direct calls to management for further assistance.
Schedule property tours for prospective residents and ensure timely follow-up.
Conduct property tours for incoming prospects when management staff is unavailable.
Receive and document resident complaints or questions and ensure they are directed to the appropriate department or management personnel.
Prepare and send community communication emails including updates on property issues events and announcements.
Greet and assist walk-in visitors with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
Maintain an organized clean and inviting office environment.
Assist management with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or leasing experience preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email communication.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Friendly approachable and team-oriented personality.
Work Environment:
Office-based position with occasional property tours.
Regular interaction with residents prospects and team members.
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday
Compensation & Benefits:
$18-22/hr (3-6 Months contract)
