Were hiring an Associate Renewals Manager to manage a high volume of small to mid-market customer renewals. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your expertise in contract management negotiation and customer retention while contributing to a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the renewal process for a portfolio of customers ($20K$50K ARR)
- Handle a large volume of renewals each month working within 120-day renewal windows
- Review contracts identify key terms and prepare standard renewal quotes and agreements
- Lead renewal communications follow-up sequences and basic negotiations
- Proactively reach out to customers approaching renewal addressing questions and concerns
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Managers to ensure smooth renewals
- Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Generate renewal reports and document all activities
- Participate in training and development to grow your renewal and negotiation skills
Skills and Experience
- Experience in Customer Success Account Management or Business Development
- Familiarity with subscription-based business models
- Basic understanding of contract terms and negotiation principles
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
