Job Description
GENERAL DUTIES:
ASSIST IN THE HOLISTIC GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF RESIDENTS
UPHOLD A STANDARD OF CHRISTLIKENESS AND THAT ALIGNS WITH PROGRAM EXPECTATIONS
MAINTAIN A SAFE AND SECURE PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT
Must display respect gentleness and accountability when interacting with the crisis guests and recovery program residents.
Must be teachable and function as a team player.
Must engage in safe and healthy work practices both on the premises and off-site facilities. Must take an active part ensuring the safety health and well-being of all staff volunteers and Mission guests.
J03 license required within 90 days of hire.
