Litigation Associate - Regina SK
Our client a leading full-service law firm in Saskatchewan is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join their growing team in Regina. This is an exciting opportunity for a litigation lawyer looking to advance their career in a collaborative and well-established legal environment.
About the Opportunity
This role offers exposure to a wide range of complex litigation matters including Administrative Law Labour & Employment Insurance Defence and Health Law/Personal Injury. The firm places a strong emphasis on collaboration professional development and a client-first approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Representing clients in a variety of litigation matters
- Conducting legal research and analysis preparing pleadings and appearing in court
- Advising clients on risk management dispute resolution and litigation strategy
- Working collaboratively with other legal professionals on case files
- Supporting client relationship management and participating in business development initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous litigation experience is required
- Strong legal analysis problem-solving and judgment skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Eligible for membership with the Law Society of Saskatchewan
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills
