Position Summary
Spalding University is seeking an energetic and mission-driven Admissions Counselor focused on transfer adult and online student recruitment. This position plays a key role in expanding access and enrollment by actively engaging with prospective students community colleges adult learners returning to college and workforce partners. The counselor will support the universitys enrollment goals by building relationships delivering a seamless admissions experience and guiding students from inquiry through enrollment.
This is an outreach-heavy student-centered role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping nontraditional students continue or return to college through flexible personalized pathways.
