Responsibilities:
Diagnose repair and overhaul Ford automatic and manual transmissions
Perform warranty and non-warranty work to exact Ford standards
Collaborate with advisors and foremen to ensure efficient accurate repairs
Use factory diagnostic tools (IDS FDRS) and stay up-to-date on technical service bulletins
Maintain clear accurate documentation and meet performance expectations
Contribute to a clean organized and safe work environment
Qualifications:
Ford Certification in Transmission and Powertrain (required)
3 years of hands-on transmission repair experience
Strong diagnostic abilities and familiarity with Ford OEM systems
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic and a passion for quality workmanship
