About the Position
Are you a rock star at customer service Then check out this opening for a Utility Billing Specialist(Finance Customer Service).
This position will be at the front counter as a primary point of contact for customers in person through email and via phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills with an attention to detail.
Duties for this position also include:- Cashiering
- Balancing cash drawer/payments
- Data entry
- New account set up
- Processing Mail
- Receipting and posting payments
Second language incentive of $50 per month is available for passing a proficiency exam in Spanish.
This position is eligible for an incentive of $75 per month for an Associates Degree and $150 per month for a Bachelors Degree available upon verification. (Degree incentives are not cumulative.)
Typical work hours will be Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. This position will work in the office.

A High School Diploma or GED and two years of customer service and/or accounting experience are required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed in thejob description.

Ranking and Selection
The ranking and selection of applicants to proceed in the process includes: experience responses to supplemental questionnaire and meeting minimum qualifications of the position. The initial selection process for this position includes the following steps: application review and oral interview. The final selection process following interview includes the following steps: tentative offer criminal history check background/reference check drug screening and final offer of employment.
