Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate or Mid-Level Procurement Agent (Level 2 or 3) to support the F-15 Supply Chain Team in Berkely MO!

This Procurement Agent role will be responsible for executing and maintaining subcontracts for complex machined parts in support of St. Louis platforms

Position Responsibilities:

• Executes subcontracts in support of F15 post award production
• Collaborates with complex machine shops and internal stakeholders such as pre-award buying teams Ops Engineering and Quality to assure supplier performance
• Manages vendor relationships including negotiations contract terms pricing and service agreements
• Prepares negotiates and leads all elements of the contract including negotiation strategies pricing and contract terms and conditions
• Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements

Other Position Responsibilities to include:

• Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
• Statuses supplier delivery performance and expedite non-conformance issues
• Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements
• Supports sourcing strategies negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements
• Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1 years experience working with Supplier Management Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
• 1 years experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
• Experience working both independently and in team environments

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelors degree or higher.
• Experience drafting negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts
• Experience working with complex machined parts and suppliers
• Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance
• Ability to excel at unique problem solving and multi-tasking of urgent issues
• Experience working in fast paced environment with strict deadlines

Level 3

• 3 years experience working with Supplier Management Supply Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
• 3 years experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
• Experience working both independently and in team environments

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Summary pay range:

Associate Level 2: $60350 - $74550

Mid-Level Level 3: $74800 - $92400
