Position Title: Legislative Analyst
Department:Legislative Affairs
Organizational Relationships:This position reports to the Director of Legislative Affairs and is part of the Governors Office Legislative Team.
FLSA Classification:Exempt
Summary of Functions:The Legislative Analyst assists the Legislative Team in supporting the Governors legislative agenda. The Legislative Analyst supports a legislative portfolio as well as provides general support to the Governors legislative team. This position also helps coordinate the various department liaisons and provide support as needed to accomplish their goals. The teams goals are to achieve passage of Administration and Department proposals during the legislative session.
