The Division of Developmental Disabilities is seeking to hire a Mental Health Technician I for the Shapiro Center located in Kankakee Illinois to implement treatment programs for individuals in a living area on an assigned unit on an assigned shift. Assists in providing physical care services and develops skills in care treatment development and rehabilitation. Participates in and escorts individuals to planned educational vocational recreational and social activities. Ensures compliance with Illinois Department of Public Health requirements when performing duties. Travels in performance of job duties.
