Job Description
Position Overview
Graff Ford of Chesterton is seeking a motivated and dependable Quick Lube Technician to join our growing service team. This is an excellent opportunity to start or grow your career with a dealership group that values hard work integrity and employee development.
As a Quick Lube Technician you will perform routine vehicle maintenance services while delivering a positive and efficient experience for our customers.
Compensation
$18 per hour
Full-time position with opportunity for advancement
Responsibilities
Perform oil changes tire rotations fluid checks and filter replacements
Inspect vehicle components such as belts wipers lights and tires
Perform multi-point inspections and document findings accurately
Ensure all services are completed efficiently and safely
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow dealership and manufacturer safety and service guidelines
Communicate with service advisors and other technicians on findings or additional service needs
Deliver vehicles to service lanes promptly after service is completed
Qualifications
Prior experience as a quick lube or general service technician preferred but not required
Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
Ability to perform physical duties in a fast-paced environment
Dependable team-oriented and eager to learn
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Must be able to work Saturdays and follow a flexible schedule
