What Youll Do
Were looking for someone who loves to get their hands dirty-literally and figuratively. If youve ever said thats not my job this is not the position for you. The Facilities Custodial and General Laborer role is one of the most varied and essential positions at IMSAR. Youll be responsible for keeping our facility clean functional and safe supporting our team and stepping in wherever help is needed.
Yes-this includes cleaning bathrooms and breakrooms. If that kind of work turns you off this probably isnt the right job for you. We believe no task is beneath anyone and that taking care of our shared space is part of taking care of each other.
Other responsibilities include:
- Performing building maintenance upkeep and cleaning
- Supporting vehicle maintenance and shop upkeep
- Running errands and completing general labor or odd jobs
- Assisting with office setups repairs and workspace improvements
- Supporting operational and logistical needs as they arise
Youll work with a great team contribute to meaningful projects and help support the success of our radar systems and the people who rely on them.
