Job Description
Are you a motivated customer-focused individual with a passion for the automotive industry We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join our new car sales team! Candidates must have the following:
- Automotive sales background preferred
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and communication skills
- Steady work history and the commitment
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e. a people person)
- Excellent appearance verbal/written communication strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Valid U.S. Drivers license.
- Background Check.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
- Offering test drives to all prospects and following dealership procedure to obtain proper identification prior to test drive
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and vehicle features
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to ensure satisfaction
- Review and analyze actions at the end of each day week month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
