Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and data Join our Freight Audit team and play a key role in managing and analyzing transportation costs for a global logistics leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to master valuable skills and grow your career either vertically or horizontally within a supportive multinational environment.
Your Impact and Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and manage freight rates: You will be responsible for the analysis of transportation costs and surcharges to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle freight agreements: Take ownership of the full lifecycle of agreements including their creation maintenance testing and approval.
Customer and internal collaboration: Youll use our unique Transporeon Freight Audit platform to communicate with customers on rate-related issues and work closely with other departments to resolve queries.
Process improvement: Perform thorough analysis of new and updated rate books to help optimize our processes.
What Were Looking For:
Good level of English: You should have an upper-intermediate level of English.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential.
Data Proficiency: You must have advanced skills in Google Sheets and MS Excel. Experience with JIRA is a plus.
Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy is required for completing complex tasks in a fast-paced multitasking environment.
Bonus Skills: A background in logistics is a plus but not required.
