Father Christmas

Do you love Christmas Do you want to help make lifelong memories for families this Christmas If so we would love you to join our Christmas team to deliver a truly fantastic experience for our visitors.

Being Father Christmas is a truly magic job you will ensure each and every person who visits Godstone Farm has a special experience. This involves character works with lots of interaction with each and every family and creating Christmas magic. You must remain in character at all time and along with your fellow elves you will bring the Christmas experience at Godstone Farm to life. A comprehensive and constant commitment to the Father Christmas story is essential alongside a desire to make all our guests dreams come true. Only applicants who combine being committed and responsible with a real love of Christmas will be considered.

What you will be doing:

• Delivering the smooth and efficient running of all Father Christmas duties. Remaining in character at all times interacting with all families of all ages bringing the magic of Christmas to life whilst ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the Christmas Grotto.
• Ensure a seamless end to end Father Christmas guest experience. Every aspect of our experience must be delivered to a high and efficient standard to promote a positive experience.
• Maintain the traditional Father Christmas story at all times ensuring you are only seen by guests in character and not in any other capacity.
• Maintain enthusiasm positivity and character throughout whilst delivering the highest level of customer service.
• Maintain the standards of the Father Christmas experience to ensure it always looks magical and authentic.

Full training will be given. You MUST be able to attend training in early November date to be confirmed.

DBS Check required.

You must be at least 16 years old and available to work a variety of dates including evenings in December 2024 mainly weekends.
