About the Role:
Are you passionate about data-driven marketing and ready to make a real impact Join our dynamic team and help build scalable marketing automation systems that engage nurture and convert customers throughout their journey with us.
What youll do:
- Design & Execute Campaigns: Build automated marketing campaigns across email web and digital channels using Marketo.
- Drive Customer Engagement: Develop lead scoring models and nurture sequences that guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Create Compelling Content: Write and optimise email content landing pages and dynamic content that converts.
- Analyse & Optimise: Track campaign performance run A/B tests and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing Sales and Product teams to deliver aligned results-driven campaigns.
What were looking for
Essential:
- 1 years experience in digital marketing email marketing or CRM management.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo HubSpot Pardot or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Points:
- Marketo certification or similar platform credentials.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
- Basic HTML knowledge for email template editing.
