Carpenter

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Vale of Glamorgan to assist with the appointment of a Carpenter on a 6-month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: 16.60 - 21.17 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Undertake general carpentry tasks including fitting repairing and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned projects on time.
• Support other trades when required and diversify depending on work demands.
• Ensure work is completed to high standards in line with safety and building regulations.
• Drive to various sites as required for project completion.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Carpentry.
• Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to adapt and work on a range of carpentry-related tasks.

• You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
• You should have right to work in U.K
