Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Czech and English-speaking customers based in Bulgaria. You will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information resolve complaints and assist with order processing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate teams
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Czech and English (written and spoken)
- Previous customer service experience preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Availability to work full-time including weekends and holidays if needed
