Job Summary
Assist the Director in leading with creative and innovative thinking; instituting processes that develop quality working relationships and streamlined best practices. Guide and assist Supervisors & Senior Investors with accounts on their account management. Responsible for the day-to-day management of campaigns for assigned clients. Train and mentor the department on industry news and updates as well as internal processes. Serve as role model to the department and set standards for strong work ethic teamwork and the overall dynamics of the department.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Oversees and manages client audio campaigns to ensure marketing objectives are met. Train and mentor members of the department. Help develop workflow processes and best practices.
Full understanding of marketplace landscape trends pacing nuances intel and competitive
Ability to sell through the value of Audio to Brand teams
Implement Audio campaigns established by Brand teams on behalf of clients
Provide accurate pricing/planning costs
Review Supervisors & Senior Investors with accounts pricing/planning costs
Assess the departments structure and needs through knowledge of Supervisors Investors and Assistant Investors work ability level & strengths of team members and provide internal and external training
Provide feedback on performance to team members
Full understanding of Digital Audio and latest trends
Develop staff knowledge of Digital Audio
Embraces new and emerging technologies to identify and activate 1st to market campaigns
Identifies strategic partnerships with key vendors to drive innovation and value
Amplifies campaigns by creating and activating customized added value via on-air online and on-site activations
Capable of evaluating negotiating and positioning multi-platform proposals by providing a strong POV
Establish and maintain business relationships with audio staff members vendor partners brand teams promotions group Finance and IT
40% - Oversee implementation of Audio campaigns
35% - Guiding/Mentoring/Training department
10% - Develop internal processes and manage department workflow
10% - Remain current on evolving media landscape and encourage development of staffs knowledge
5% - Networking internally and externally with vendor partners
Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsible for growth mentoring and development of Supervisors Investors and Assistant Investors.
Knowledge and Skills Required
4 year college degree
In depth knowledge of Local Broadcast and Digital Audio
Experience in audio activation and management
Experience implementing Group Deals and multi-platform campaigns
Microsoft Word Excel & PowerPoint Strata View/ SBMS SQAD SMI Brand Ratings Scorecard Cost Database Performance Metrics

Salary Range
$105000.00 - $130000.00A successful applicants actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individuals skill sets experience training education licensure/certifications and qualifications for the role.
