Job Description

LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Domain Lead to join our team.


Location: Eglin AFB FL


Job Description:

The CSCS Domain Lead is responsible for standardizing strength and conditioning programming across the CRAFT enterprise. This leader ensures alignment with aircrew physical demands and drives consistency in training delivery.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on strength and conditioning strategies for aircrew.
  • Design deliver and maintain instructor onboarding and qualification training courses for new personnel within the domain.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding and qualification courses for CSCS personnel.
  • Ensure all curriculum is current evidence-based and aligned with operational demands
  • Lead quarterly synchronization calls with the CSCS team across the CRAFT program.
  • Support research initiatives and assist with program evaluation.
  • Participate in curriculum development and standardization across sites.
  • Participate in the development and refinement of Plan of Action & Milestones (POAM) requirements documentation and program expansion initiatives.
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Exercise Science Kinesiology Exercise Physiology Biomechanics or a closely related field.
  • 7 years of experience in providing strength and conditioning specialist services within tactical aviation populations or high performance DoD operational communities.
  • 2 Years of leadership and management experience with efforts of similar size and complexity
  • NSCA CSCS or CSCCa SCCC certification
  • Current CPR and AED certification.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Planner (preferred) or similar project tracking software.
  • Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation). Please visit the following link for more information: citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance and work in this position.
