Job Summary:The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs all Nuclear Medicine imaging uptake and dilution studies; assists with PET/CT imaging to provide quality diagnostic exams while providing a high level of patient care; prepares radiopharmaceutical kits and patient doses; complieswith State regulations regarding handling of radioactive materials; schedules all exams to ensure exam appropriateness andprovides communication to families and physicians; coordinates daily patient flow.
Qualifications:
Completion of an AMA accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program 2 years experience in Nuclear Medicine
ARRT and/or NMTCB registries
Licensure by the State of Florida Department
Shift:Day Shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No weekend call or holiday work is required.
Salary Range: Minimum 33.20/hour - Maximum 53.13/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
