This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing business within Amazon Ads and play a strategic role in building the future of local advertising. This is a key role in our Local Reseller team. This individual will own high impact channel partnerships as we create a brand new business and revenue stream for Amazon Ads. You will be joining a fast growing quickly evolving organization where the ability to wear many hats and help across projects will be crucial. You are expected to inspire lead think and act both strategically and tactically for your customers using your strong business acumen and experience selling digital advertising solutions to help your partners grow and scale revenue. You enjoy and are able to solve complex problems and work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally.
Key job responsibilities * Own the quota of your assigned local reseller partners and manage these partners end to end * Conduct remote and in-person meetings demonstrating subject matter expertise and a point of view on industry and/or specific advertising solutions with deep knowledge of your customers vision and objectives * Determine the right goals inform decisions and help design scalable long-term solutions that meet partners needs and objectives * Utilize customer input to drive innovation creating ease of execution for our partners by improving policies processes and products * Identify mechanisms to evolve and simplify the teams practices while ensuring customer short and long-term expectations are met * Work with marketing and GTM teams to develop local-specific strategies and respective narratives for local digital media advertising growth * Take ownership of the pre and post-sale process ensuring we exceed customer expectations and deliver results *Travel up to 50% of the time
5 years of B2B sales experience Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software Experience in account management and selling of digital media
Experience consistently closing sales and generating revenue Experience with negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management Experience working in the advertising industry with a focus on video (e.g. traditional TV CTV) go-to-market and channel sales
