Gen II Fund Services seeks an organized quality-focused and energetic individual to join our Finance Team to assume a Billing and Accounts Receivable role. The individuals primary focus will be to support the Finance Teams quarterly billing cycle while contributing to our customer-focused culture and operational excellence initiatives.
Billing Operations
- Support and execute the quarterly billing process with precision and efficiency
- Prepare and issue high-volume invoices each quarter with accuracy under strict time constraints
- Create maintain and track billing codes for various clients and services
- Perform entity and client setup procedures in billing systems
- Monitor and report monthly out-of-pocket expenses
- Maintain current and accurate client contact information
- Generate and track aging reports for management review
Accounts Receivable Management
- Assist with the collections process and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Issue customer statements and support collection efforts
- Process daily accounts receivable transactions
- Research and resolve payment receipts and exceptions
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are properly accounted for and posted
- Support audit preparation and coordination activities
- Participate in ad hoc financial projects as needed
- Assist with additional projects and duties assigned by the Finance Team
Operational Excellence & Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with team members to drive operational efficiency and process improvements
- Support analytics and reporting initiatives to help drive strategic decisions
- Contribute to building analytical tools and models as required
- Foster customer-focused approaches in all billing and receivable interactions
The Ideal Candidate
Essential Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Billing and/or Accounts Receivable roles
- Proven ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong team collaboration skills with demonstrated initiative
- Excellent judgment and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Superior organizational and task prioritization skills
Technical Competencies
- Proficient data entry skills with strong general math abilities
- Experience with financial software systems and awareness of industry tools
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions including formulas VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- General bookkeeping knowledge preferred
- Experience with Intacct accounting software is a plus

The salary range for this position is $65000-$74000 in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidates experience level.
Work Arrangement
All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that all US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule comprised of two (2) days a week in our office and three (3) days remotely.
