Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Print & Finishing Operator to support our custom manufacturing operations. This versatile role combines responsibilities in digital print production and finishing. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude a proactive mindset and experience operating both digital and mechanical production equipment in a fast-paced quality-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up operate and maintain digital print rewind and finishing equipment
  • Manage production workflow to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Perform quality inspections in alignment with job specifications and standards
  • Handle job setup: retrieve materials load files and review proofs and drawings
  • Troubleshoot equipment and conduct routine preventive maintenance
  • Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
  • Accurately document production data and perform system entries
  • Collaborate with peers leads and supervisors to meet production goals
  • Perform additional production-related tasks or special projects as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred
  • 23 years of experience operating mechanical and/or digital production equipment
  • Experience in sign label or custom manufacturing environments preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency including file management and digital interfaces
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and proofs
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to make basic adjustments and repairs
  • High attention to detail; able to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Physical Requirements

  • Stand walk bend and twist for 810 hours per shift
  • Regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs
Salary Description
$16-20/hr
