Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Print & Finishing Operator to support our custom manufacturing operations. This versatile role combines responsibilities in digital print production and finishing. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude a proactive mindset and experience operating both digital and mechanical production equipment in a fast-paced quality-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up operate and maintain digital print rewind and finishing equipment
- Manage production workflow to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Perform quality inspections in alignment with job specifications and standards
- Handle job setup: retrieve materials load files and review proofs and drawings
- Troubleshoot equipment and conduct routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Accurately document production data and perform system entries
- Collaborate with peers leads and supervisors to meet production goals
- Perform additional production-related tasks or special projects as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred
- 23 years of experience operating mechanical and/or digital production equipment
- Experience in sign label or custom manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong computer proficiency including file management and digital interfaces
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and proofs
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to make basic adjustments and repairs
- High attention to detail; able to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Physical Requirements
- Stand walk bend and twist for 810 hours per shift
- Regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs
