What Youll Do
- Lead and supervise a team of repair technicians
- Plan and assign daily workloads; monitor progress and completion
- Manage repair workflows ensuring timely and high-quality results
- Provide hands-on repair supportespecially with complex jobs
- Diagnose and repair electronic systems including: POS systems (hard drives displays) receipt printers Drive-thru headset systems etc.
- Monitor inventory and place parts orders; track stock via CRM
- Ensure accurate and timely repair documentation and invoicing
- Collaborate with Sales to align on timelines and customer expectations
- Train new team members through job shadowing and direct guidance
- Maintain and improve productivity tracking in the CRM
- Address team performance or attendance issues fairly and directly
- Serve as the point of escalation for customer inquiries or issues
What Were Looking For
Required:
- Strong background in electronics repair
- Hands-on soldering experience
- Comfortable managing a small independent team
- Familiar with CRM systems and order/inventory tracking tools
- Trustworthy organized and detail-oriented
- High school diploma required
Preferred:
- Experience with: HME Panasonic Par Technologies 3M Epson POS terminals
- Associate degree in electronics or related field
- Previous supervisory or repair center leadership experience
