Role overview:
Now we are looking for a Recruiter who will be responsible for conducting the recruitment process for various positions. This includes understanding clients needs in detail sourcing and attracting new candidates leading candidates through the selection process assessing candidates skills and identifying potential risks presenting the best candidates to clients and handling negotiations. The ideal candidate will excel in recruitment and client communication ensuring a seamless and successful hiring experience.
What will you do in our team
Understand the unique needs of US startup founders identify the needed skills and compose interview scripts and test assignments to make sure your assessments of the candidates are matching with the clients needs.
Source relevant candidates via LinkedIn search and other platforms tools and techniques that should be already in your skill set.
Conduct structured interviews to assess the candidates based on the clients needs and requirements. All the interviews (as well as everything we do daily) are held in English.
Select the best-fit candidates within only a few days fill in the showcase spreadsheet report for a client to demonstrate why exactly those candidates were chosen and organize the interviews for them.
Moderate client-talent interviews hold negotiations help a client to make a final decision or gather the clients feedback and continue searching for the best-fit candidates if needed.
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (were using Teamtailor) and various databases during the whole process to track each step and all the needed information.
Develop a LinkedIn network of potential candidates to attract more and more people to the talent pool increase brand awareness and quickly find new candidates for the new positions.
Help the team with other possible tasks or projects if they appear.
What will set you up for success
Fluent written and spoken English: You will be representing Hire5 for both clients and talents so we are looking for a person with great communication and for whom grammar/spelling/typing/other mistakes are not tolerable.
Strong business acumen: We need someone with a keen understanding of business operations and goals. Clients often come with a general desire for results without specifying exact roles. You should be able to leverage your business expertise to identify the most suitable position that will drive the desired outcomes for their organization.
Persuasive communication skills: Were looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills. You should be confident in building rapport skilled in engaging in small talk and adept at guiding conversations and negotiations. A warm approachable demeanor is essential for creating strong connections and fostering trust with clients.
Expertise in sourcing & recruitment (up to 5 years; ideally - in agencies) of middle and senior remote specialists in digital fields: You need to know how to find and attract professionals all over the world (for example using LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator AI tools and other sources) assess various hard & soft skills feel confident about two-way communication with senior candidates (not only asking them questions but answering their questions about the position as well) and feel confident representing and justifying your choice to a client etc.
Demonstrated high percentage of hiring closure rate in limited timeframes and candidate retention. We care about hiring quickly but making sure its long-lasting.
Passion for communicating & increasing network: Seriously there will be a looooot of communication (both oral and written) and we are definitely looking for a person who will only get more and more energetic after spending 8 hours per day communicating. Also you have a great network on LinkedIn and always look into expanding it.
Excellent organizing skills: You keep all the tasks in Google Calendar track each step in the system always check that everything is done on time never forget about clients or talents proactively follow them up always put all the needed information into the needed folders/databases etc. We have a fast-paced environment and a strive for excellence are you ready for that
Super attention to detail: We love it when everything is structured and double-checked. Does your eye start twitching when you see a double space or a missing comma
Empathy and love for people: If you are a person who can sincerely adore other people (but at the same time critically think and see potential drawbacks) thats your role. We truly care about our candidates experience going through our selection process and value our employer branding.
Working hours:
Our team has to be available for both candidates (in Eastern Europe Central Asia and Latin America) and clients (in the US) and adjust to such a schedule. So an ideal schedule for a recruiter will be working from 9 am to 5 pm Brazil time (GMT-3).
What we offer:
