Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)

Salary and Benefits
- Base salary of $130000 to $140000
- Annual bonus potential up to $10000
- Relocation assistance up to $10000
- 3 weeks of paid time off 3 sick days and 5 paid holidays

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care including well-child visits immunizations and sports physicals
- Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and conditions in an outpatient setting
- Average patient load of 25 patients per day
- Collaborate with a supportive team including an MD CMA front desk staff and scheduler
- Deliver high-quality family-centered care tailored to individual patient needs
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
- Active or eligible Florida NP license
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric outpatient experience
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for patient-centered pediatric care
