The Opportunity

Were launching a dedicated Door-to-Door Residential Sales team in partnership with Kinetic by Windstream bringing ultra-fast fiber Internet and communications services to neighborhoods across your region. If youre a motivated goal-oriented professional who loves meeting people where they live this role is built for you.

What Youll Do

  • Engage residential customers face-to-face through door-to-door canvassing and local events to promote Kinetics fiber internet products and services.
  • Leverage a territory lead list and your own prospecting to build a robust sales funnel.
  • Identify customer needs tailor solutions and close sales while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Visit prospects to process orders ensure service activation and follow up for referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records in Sales Rabbit and participate in weekly team huddles to share best practices and track goals.
  • Represent OSL and Kinetic with optimism empathy and integrity at every doorstep.

  • An entrepreneurial self-starter who excels in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Outgoing relationship-builder who is energized by helping people.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills; comfortable working independently.
  • Possession of a valid drivers license a clean driving record and access to a dependable personal vehicle are required.
  • Flexible full-time schedule that includes availability on evenings and select weekends.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and covering varied terrain.
  • Sales customer-service hospitality or canvassing experience is an asset.
