Job Description
Are you a dynamic and highly organized Residential Property Manager ready to take your career to the next level Were looking for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service across a high-volume multifamily portfolio.
As a Residential Property Manager youll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations from leasing and maintenance to tenant relations and compliance. You ll be the go-to expert for tenants and property owners alike driving operational excellence and enhancing the resident experience every step of the way.
What Youll Do:
- Oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of multifamily properties
- Act as the primary contact for tenant communications including inquiries complaints and conflict resolution
- Manage lease administration: new leases renewals and terminations
- Ensure timely rent collection and lease enforcement
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure adherence to safety and maintenance standards
- Coordinate with vendors maintenance teams and contractors to maintain property condition and appeal
- Maintain accurate documentation including tenant files property records and financial reports using property management software
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners through proactive communication and strategic recommendations
- Monitor local market trends to help optimize rental pricing and increase occupancy
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in multifamily property management
- Strong ability to multitask stay organized and handle a high volume of responsibilities
- Excellent communication customer service and problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and local landlord-tenant laws
- Familiarity with property management software such as AppFolio Yardi or Buildium (a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- TREC Broker License or relevant industry certification (preferred but not required)
