Job Description
ABOUT THE POSITION
Role: Immigration Paralegal with focus on removal/deportation cases
Experience Required: 4-5 years in immigration law
Location Options:
- Lake Worth office
- Fort Pierce office
- Remote work possibility for exceptional candidates
- Salary:
- $40000-$60000 annually (based on experience)
- Start Date:
Immediate opening
WHAT YOULL DO
- Support attorneys in preparing removal defense and litigation cases
- Manage case files and documentation using Docketwise
- Track case status through EOIR and USCIS systems
- Prepare immigration forms and supporting documentation
- Assist with legal research and case preparation
- Occasional client communication as needed
- Contribute to our team environment of excellence and compassion
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4-5 years of immigration paralegal experience
- Strong focus on removal/deportation defense cases
- Employment-based immigration knowledge (a plus)
- Fluency in English and either Spanish OR Haitian Creole
- Proficiency with Docketwise EOIR system and USCIS case status tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented approach with strong documentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
