Job Description
Job Title: Business Analyst
Contract details: 6 months to start hybrid 3x per week in office Toronto
Rates: Up to $78.00 p/h INC.

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our Public Sector clients in a contract capacity!

Must Haves:
- 5 years conducting in-depth analysis of business processes workflows and systems within the transit agency public sector and bus operations.
- 5 years gathering analyzing and documenting comprehensive business requirements user stories use cases and functional specifications through various elicitation techniques (interviews workshops surveys etc.).
- 5 years defining prioritizing and managing the product backlog ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business value.
- 5 years overseeing user acceptance testing (
Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP CSPO).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and requirements.
