Job Description
Our client in Warrendale PA Is looking for an Information System Project Lead to drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance implement and optimize information systems across the organization.
Job Duties:
- Lead planning execution and delivery of information system projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements scope and goals
- Oversee system implementation integrations upgrades and migrations
- Manage project timelines budgets resources and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams including IT operations and external vendors
- Ensure compliance with data security privacy standards and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate change management and user training for new systems
- Create and maintain project documentation reporting and performance metrics
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve system processes and architecture
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred)
- 5 years of experience in IT project management or system leadership roles
- Proven success with ERP CRM or custom enterprise system implementations
- Strong knowledge of system development lifecycle and project methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g. ISO GDPR HIPAA)
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
- PMP PMI-ACP or similar certification a plus
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills
- Ability to bridge technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience managing third-party vendors and remote project teams
- Enthusiasm for innovation change management and process optimization
