Job Description
Are you ready to make an impact in a leading Antitrust practice Aligned Talent Acquisitions client an AmLaw 50 firm is seeking talented attorneys to tackle high-profile antitrust merger investigations. This team represents major players across industries such as technology life sciences energy and consumer products with one of the most active deal flows in the legal industry.
What Were Looking For:
Juris Doctorate (JD) licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
Junior to mid-level associate attorneys with mergers law firm experience in Antitrust Transactions.
(AmLaw experience preferred not required).
Expertise in both the substantive and process aspects of Second Request compliance.
Ability to lead and manage 2R reviews including guiding a team of associates and contract attorneys.
- Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
