Heritage Auto Group is currently seeking a Parts Counterperson to join our growing team! Please note that this is an in-person position located at one of our six dealership locations in Brigham City UT; Evanston WY; Vernal UT; Tremonton UT; North Logan UT

Job Summary:
The Parts Counterperson is responsible for assisting customers and service technicians in locating and purchasing the correct automotive parts. This role requires excellent customer service attention to detail and knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems.

Parts Counterperson Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and locating the correct parts.
- Process customer orders payments and returns efficiently.
- Maintain an organized and accurate inventory of parts.
- Receive stock and track incoming shipments of parts and supplies.
- Provide accurate price quotes and availability information.
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to order and replenish stock as needed.
- Ensure the parts department is clean organized and well-maintained.
- Assist in creating and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Stay up-to-date on automotive parts knowledge and dealership promotions.
Parts Counterperson Requirements:
- Previous experience as a PartsCounterperson or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive parts inventory management and dealership systems.
- Proficiency with parts catalog software and dealership management systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
