Full Stack Engineer
Remote Full-Time
We re hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join a fast-moving global software company that builds custom platforms for clients in education healthcare finance supply chain and HR.
This is a mid-to-senior-level role that offers a mix of hands-on coding collaborative product work and technical ownership. You ll be part of a cross-functional team helping deliver secure scalable and user-friendly software solutions that make a real impact.
About the Client
Our client is a growing tech company with offices in Australia and Portugal known for developing tailored software solutions across multiple industries. Their teams work closely with global clients to deliver end-to-end systems from core product platforms to backend operations tools. (Client name withheld for confidentiality.)
What You ll Do
- Write clean maintainable and extensible code
- Build scalable front-end and back-end applications using React TypeScript and (or Python)
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into working features
- Build and maintain secure authentication flows using OAuth JWT etc.
- Collaborate with designers engineers and stakeholders in an agile setting
- Implement and improve CI/CD workflows for new and existing services
- Create and maintain documentation for solution design and implementation
- Stay updated on modern development practices and tools
- Support code quality through unit and integration testing
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture by following and promoting best practices
Requirements
Who We re Looking For
- 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- Strong skills in TypeScript and React
- Proficient in (or Python) HTML5 and CSS
- Solid understanding of REST APIs authentication/authorization flows
- Familiarity with distributed systems and async programming
- Comfortable using Git and collaborating via pull requests and branches
- Experience writing unit and integration tests
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Able to work independently in a remote outcome-focused environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Vercel for deployment
- Familiar with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Firebase
- Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD
- Exposure to DevOps and microservices architectures
- Background in fast-paced or startup environments
