Job Description

The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers to provide information regarding their order status change or cancel orders and assist customers to place manual orders and returns. They communicate with customers primarily via phone calls live chats and emails.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer live chats to provide information about the status of orders assist with changing or canceling orders and answer basic questions regarding sizing and availability. This includes assisting customers with various tasks related to internal ordering platforms and applications. (50% of time)

  • Answer emails to provide information about the status of orders assist with changing or canceling orders and answer basic questions regarding sizing and availability. (50% of time)

  • Escalate order-related questions to reporting supervisor and account managers.

Requirements

Experience and Education

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service
