Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through databases job boards and social networks.
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to assess qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Build strong relationships with candidates understanding their career aspirations.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for final candidates.
- Provide feedback to candidates post-interview.
- Negotiate job offers and help facilitate hiring decisions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop creative recruitment strategies.
- Maintain compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the brand.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to improve hiring processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter preferably in a non-IT sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to assess candidate skills effectively.
- Experience with social media recruiting.
- Creative and strategic thinker in candidate sourcing.
- Negotiation skills to close offers successfully.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
