Job Description

Job Summary:
The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for identifying developing and
managing business relationships with travel agencies corporate clients and business
partners. This role focuses on driving sales expanding the company s market reach and
ensuring excellent customer service in the travel and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach potential B2B clients travel agencies and corporate
partners to promote Touracle s services.
Generate leads through cold calling networking and market research.
Convert inquiries into sales by providing tailored holiday and travel solutions.
Maintain a high conversion rate by following up on leads and proposals effectively.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key travel agents and corporate
clients.
Understand client requirements and provide customized travel solutions.
Conduct meetings presentations and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
Ensure prompt resolution of client concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction.
3. Sales Target Achievement
Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue
growth.
Provide market insights and feedback to improve sales performance.















4. Sales Support & Reporting
Prepare and send quotations proposals and contracts to clients within the defined
Turnaround Time (TAT).
Maintain an updated database of prospects clients and sales performance.
Submit daily weekly and monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Keep up-to-date with industry trends competitor offerings and market demands.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance Touracle s B2B sales strategies.
Identify new opportunities for product and service expansion.
6. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with operations marketing and product teams to ensure seamless
service delivery.
Collaborate with the customer support team to address post-sales concerns.
Assist in developing promotional materials and marketing campaigns for B2B
clients


Key Skills Required:
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and manage client expectations
effectively.
Business Development: Strong capability to generate and convert leads into long-term
business.
Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build rapport and maintain
partnerships.
Market Awareness: Understanding of travel industry trends competitor analysis and
client needs.
Communication & Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication
skills.
Target-Oriented Approach: Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
