Job Description
Job Title: Product Designer
Location: Surat Gujarat (Onsite)
Experience: 3 5 Years
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related technical field
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and technically strong Product Designer to join our team in Surat. This role demands a deep understanding of UI/UX principles a strong command of Figma and the ability to collaborate effectively with frontend developers working in React JS.
You will be responsible for designing intuitive visually appealing and technically feasible user interfaces that align with our product goals. This position requires excellent communication skills a strong grasp of modern design systems and the ability to work in a fast-paced product-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver user flows wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Collaborate closely with frontend engineers to ensure seamless integration of UI components particularly in React JS
- Translate product requirements and user feedback into thoughtful design solutions
- Ensure visual consistency and usability across all product touchpoints
- Maintain and contribute to the evolution of our design system
- Participate in cross-functional discussions to align design with business and technical goals
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer preferably in SaaS or technology product companies
- Expertise in Figma with a portfolio showcasing real-world product designs
- Working knowledge of React JS to understand component behavior and frontend limitations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Technical education background with an understanding of frontend technologies
Nice to Have
- Experience working on or managing scalable design systems
- Familiarity with motion/interaction design tools (e.g. Rive )
- Exposure to video and AI-based tools like HeyGen Veo or Midjourney (optional)
- Prior experience in fast-paced startup environments
