Salary: Up to 30000 Full-Time Hours

- A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- A proactive and flexible approach to meeting the needs of young children.
- Knowledge of relevant childcare regulations including safeguarding and health and safety practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Child-Centred Care: Provide high-quality care and education for children ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Curriculum Delivery: Support the implementation of the nurserys bespoke curriculum fostering a love for learning and independence.
- Child Development: Observe and assess childrens progress identifying areas for support and celebrating milestones.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with parents families and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to each childs development.
- Environment Management: Maintain a safe clean and organized nursery environment adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Teamwork: Work closely with your colleagues to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for children and staff.
