Job Description

The PMO ensures all projects and programmes are aligned with organisational strategy delivering measurable value and driving long-term success. We empower the firm through strategic project leadership governance and best practices that enable consistent high-quality delivery across the organisation and support every team in Copper with the tools guidance and insights needed to deliver successful outcomes and exceed stakeholder expectations.
Role purpose
Your role at Copper will be to support the Programme Management team in ensuring effective project governance reporting and delivery assurance across the portfolio. This role is critical in maintaining project standards tracking performance and enabling informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities of the role
- Support the implementation and maintenance of PMO frameworks tools and processes.
- Provide analytical support to Programme Management team
- Monitor and report on project and program performance ensuring risks and issues are captured in the correct format and mitigation plans are valid and in place.
- Maintain project documentation dashboards and status reports.
- Facilitate project governance meetings including preparing agendas and minutes.
- Supporting the business with adherence to the Governance Framework and driving good practice.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
Your experience skills and knowledge
Essential
- Experience as a PMO analyst project manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management strategies processes and tools.
- Possess high attention for detail and ability to multitask
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced high-growth rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in working with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g. JIRA MS Excel (or similar) MS PowerPoint)
- Analytical good problem-solver and strong critical thinking skills.
- A self-starter who works well independently must be exceptionally organised and can accomplish tasks effectively.
- Strong program coordination and administration abilities.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
- Prince 2 Certification
- Basic Blockchain / Crypto knowledge
- Experience in financial services
