3 Month Contract with a local Authority
Job Purpose
- To proactively and independently support Social Work or other Trust staff ensuring processes are maintained in a timely and accurate way that solutions to issues are made in line with delegated authority and in line with policy so that the best outcomes are achieved for Children Young People and Families
Key Duties/Accountabilities
- Deliver high-quality business support to both internal and external customers.
- Work within the scope of established service-level agreements.
- Manage a range of administrative processes and procedures efficiently.
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the smooth operation of the service area through effective administration.
- Maintain consistency and reliability in routine administrative duties.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalated or complex issues.
- Provide informed advice to assist in resolving non-standard situations.
- Uphold service standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant procedures and business requirements.
Essential Experience Required.
- Experience providing high-quality admin support in a busy office or public service environment.
- Managing correspondence scheduling meetings taking minutes maintaining records
- Experience of managing a group of staff ensuring clear expectations and driving outcome focused performance.
Essential Qualifications Required
- Relevant Qualification in field of work
