Were now hiring for our Costa del Sol office and were looking for a motivated Flemish-speaking agent to join our high-performing sales team.
What Youll Get
- High earning potential: Average commissions between 6000-9000/month. Top performers earn 18000/month or more
- Pre-qualified leads and reactivated clients via our in-house Telemarketing Department

What Youll Be Doing
- Guide international buyers through the purchase process
- Conduct both virtual and in-person property viewings
- Negotiate and close property deals
- Stay updated on market trends and new developments across Costa del Sol
What Were Looking For
- Fluent in Flemish and English (additional languages are a plus)
- At least 1 year of real estate or sales experience
- Based in Costa del Sol or planning to relocate
- Valid drivers license and access to a car
- Motivated organized and results-driven
