Job Description
Be the First Step in a Family s Journey to Life-Changing Care
What You ll Do
- Serve as the welcoming voice and initial contact for new families
- Conduct intake calls to gather key information and explain the next steps in care
- Schedule evaluations and coordinate with clinical staff to keep things on track
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in internal systems
- Act as a liaison between families and providers to keep communication clear
- Track intake progress and follow up with families as needed
- Provide bilingual support (Spanish/English) to ensure families understand the process
- Collaborate with internal departments to create a seamless onboarding experience
What You Bring
- Bachelor s degree in Psychology Social Work Healthcare Administration or a related field (required)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in intake administrative support or customer service (preferred)
- Familiarity with ABA therapy or behavioral health services (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Proof of high school diploma or transcripts. A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance, a good driving record and your own reliable vehicle. Must be able to react quickly and respond to sudden movements of the client Must be able to walk and stand 75% of the work day Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, crawl and sit on the floor throughout the work day or for an extended period of time. Must be able to quickly move short distances (up to 100 ft) to engage with the client. Must be able to pass a criminal background check Willingness to commute to and from client homes and or clinics within 30 mins in each direction to provide services
