Lead Workday Benefits Consultant

Role Overview
You will guide clients through the complete life cycle of Workday Benefits implementations covering enrollment eligibility cafeteria plans COBRA and benefit-vendor integrations. Your goal is to deliver a seamless user-friendly benefits administration experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead 3 end-to-end Workday Benefits implementations including design configuration vendor connectivity testing and hypercare
- Configure Benefit Programs Plans Provider Interfaces and Enrollment Period definitions
- Map legacy benefits data oversee data-load conversions (EIB Core Connector) and validate accuracy through parallel testing
- Establish COBRA and Flexible Spending Account processes with automated notifications and vendor file integrations
- Develop analytics and dashboards to track enrollment trends eligibility changes and cost-analysis metrics
- Train HR teams create support documentation and recommend ongoing optimizations for benefits renewals
Required Qualifications
- 5 years in Workday Benefits consulting with at least three full-cycle Benefits implementations
- Active Workday Benefits Certification (must be transferable)
- Thorough understanding of U.S. benefits regulations (ACA COBRA Section 125)
- Strong data-conversion and integration expertise
- Proven leadership in remote client-facing engagements
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules
- Familiarity with third-party benefits carriers and broker integrations
